Who we are

Sandbox Challenge (the "Application") is a free game for mobile devices made by DinoStudio (the "Service Provider"). This policy explains what information the Application handles and why. If you have any question, write to dinostudio.contact@gmail.com.

What stays on your device

Your progress (levels, stars, settings and saved worlds) is stored only on your device. The Application has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. The Service Provider does not run its own analytics in the Application.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Application is free thanks to optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch, for example to get a hint. They are served by Google AdMob, which may collect and process:

• your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers;
• your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device information (model, operating system, language) and interactions with ads;
• diagnostic data used to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud.

Ads in the Application are limited to content suitable for general audiences.

Your consent and choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Application asks for your consent through Google's certified consent form (User Messaging Platform) before ads may use your data for personalised advertising. Whatever you choose, every level stays free.

You can change your choice at any time from the Options button (the gear) on the map, under Ad privacy. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android).

DinoStudio promotions

When no video is available, the Application may show a promotion of another DinoStudio game instead. To do so it downloads a catalog of games and images from anuncis.projectes.cat; this request does not include any identifier of you or your device, apart from the IP address that any internet request reveals. If you tap a promotion, Google Play opens with a referrer that tells which game showed it.

Legal basis

Personalised advertising relies on your consent. Non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and keeping the Application working rely on the Service Provider's legitimate interest in offering a free game.

Retention and deletion

The data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Application or clear its data. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's policies. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability, or to ask any question, contact dinostudio.contact@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

The Application is not directed at children under 13 and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take the necessary steps.

Security

All network traffic of the Application uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new date.
